During the middle school years, the academic approach to learning is directed to building the critical thinking skills of logic and developing the foundations of rhetoric. The students new-found desire for independent thought is stimulated and challenged as they learn the basics for sound and true arguments. They are armed for the future by learning to test an idea’s internal integrity, as well as its consistency with God’s Word.

Teachers and staff devoted to passing on essential principles of maturity assist each student toward emotional, spiritual, physical, and academic independence. Latin, math, history, religion, literature, and science are enhanced by the many opportunities in computer literacy, athletic competition, choir, band, drama, and visual arts.
