We are excited to announce Simply Fresh Kitchen will be supplying our lunches/snacks this school year. Parents will be given a monthly menu and then place their child's lunch/snack order directly with Simply Fresh Kitchen.  Your child's lunch/snack will then be delivered to our school.

Do you need uniforms for the next school year? We have a large variety of polos, pants, shorts, skirts and jackets. All items are a free will offering.

Are you cleaning out closets this summer? Bring by your uniforms that no long fit. 

The school office is open in the summer from 9:00 to 2:00 Monday through Friday.

Registration is happening now for summer camp at OSL. Summer camp is being run by Kidventure at our campus. Choose from eight camp sessions beginning June 7 for campers ages 3 yrs - 5 yrs and campers entering 1st grade to 5th grade. Register using this link.


NJHS January


Congratulations to our 2nd quarter NJHS Soaring Eagle Award recipients. They are nominated based on the Fruits of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23. This quarter traits were: Peace, Patience and Kindness.

Registration for the 2021-22 school year is now open for all families. 

Rodriguez family


Mrs. Rodriguez is taking over the second grade during Mrs. Mushinski's maternity leave.

She has 11 years of teaching experience in preschool through second grade. She is also mom to OSL students Carys, Joceyn and Lennon.

Kona Ice

All students at OSL are enjoying a Kona Ice compliments of the PTL. The school reached the their goal of selling $20,000 of raffle tickets. Way to go!!!!


NJHS Halloween Candy Giveback Program

OSL National Junior Honor Society members presented LTC Bo Guevara, Commander 36th Combat Aviation Brigade, Texas Army National Guard with candy donations collected for OSL's first annual Trunk or Treat.

2nd Grade Mardi Gras dress-up day

All students and staff are dressed up in Mardi Gras costumes today. Students reached the goal of selling $8,000 worth of raffle tickets for the PTL fund-raiser!

The graduation ceremony for the class of 2020 was held on May 28th. The valedictorian was B.J. Granger, the salutatorian was Naomi Waiser and the honor student was Mitchell Stevens.
