Athletes will wear gym clothes for practice. If gym clothes have not arrived, athletes may wear other shorts and t-shirt for practice.

Soccer: Soccer players must have shin guards and a water bottle. We will provide plenty of water.  Soccer cleats are suggested but not required.

Volleyball: Players must have kneepads.

Cross Country: Runners should have a good pair of running shoes.
